Payment terms and conditions

We offer detailed consultation by phone, e-mail and consultation in person of our office, after obtaining prior appointments, through the net or by phone, during our working hours (8,00 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. IST) Our professional fees and expenses for each consultation varies depending upon the duration of the consultation and that will be made known once we are approached for legal consultation. We provide you with required information on the specified areas of our practice.  When we receive your request we would make all possible things to cater to your legal needs.  Depending upon your choice of time and date we fix the appointment for you.  If in case the optional date comes in clash then we will suggest alternate dates and time which are possible.
You may kindly fill up the payment form provided by the service provider.  You can pay our charges right away or send the specified amount by demand draft in Indian rupees, drawn in favor of T.M.Raman Kartha.

For any other consultation or requirement, except those mentioned above, the terms and conditions of our legal charges and remuneration, would be fixed on case to case basis, which can be mutually fixed prior to the consultation by e-mail, phone or in person.
